Construction and Zoning Office

How to Access our Construction Department:

The building is closed to the public, but the construction office is open on a limited bases. We are still reviewing plans and processing applications, you can mail in the application and two sets of sealed plans or drop off the application in the rubber made box located at the front of the building. We will process the permit and Kathy will call and l you know the amount of the permit. Send in a check and a self addressed stamped envelope, we will mail the permit back to you.

We’re still doing inspections on essential projects only, Our Electrical, Plumbing and fire inspectors are still inspecting on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Building inspections are available 5 days a week.  You can call in and leave an inspection request on 609-267-5723 ext 211 or email us at Knewcomb@eastampton.com

Voice messages and emails are checked every day.

 

In general it is best to call the Construction Official for all questions concerning permits. Building permits must be obtained from the Eastampton Township Construction Department before making any significant modifications.

Applications for Zoning Permits can be obtained by clicking on the link. Please submit applications to the Planning and Zoning Office in the Eastampton Municipal Building located at 12 Manor House Court. For any specific zoning questions, please call (609) 267-5723 ext. 211.
