Parks and Recreation

Eastampton Township offers a wide range of recreational activities for residents of all ages and a comprehensive park system containing both passive and active recreational facilities.  The Township Council appointed Recreational Advisory Committee provides the guidance and leadership and hard work that goes into developing and running all recreation events and programs.  The Recreation Advisory Committee also provides analysis and recommendations to the Township Manager and the Public Works Department with regards to the township's parks and recreational facilities.

The Recreation Advisory Committee sponsors programs for children and adults throughout the year, including sports leagues (youth basketball and karate); athletic events (5K run/walk, ice skating, roller skating); seasonal celebrations; Eastampton Fun Day, summer movies in the park series; and so much more!

Mission: Through a variety of programs, leisure activities, and park enhancements, the Recreation Advisory Committee seeks to promote a healthy, more active and creative way of life for all members of the community. Through fun, fair play, low key activities, and healthy competition, the Department seeks to provide an atmosphere of camaraderie and a growing sense of self for all of Eastampton's residents.
